Rehabilitation Unit Manager (RN)

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead our fast-paced, 30-bed rehabilitation unit serving a high-acuity, medically complex patient population. This role requires a confident leader who can effectively manage high volume and complex clinical needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staff on the unit
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Manage staffing, workflow, and team performance
• Collaborate across disciplines and maintain compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse in the state of CT
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Rehab, skilled nursing, or acute care experience preferred
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Ability to supervise, coach, mentor and develop nursing staff
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Current CPR certification
