Responsibilities
- Support individuals with brain or spinal cord injuries in home and community settings
- Coach on daily living and vocational skills
- Assist with personal care, meals, shopping, cleaning, and medication management
- Accompany individuals to work and community activities
- Collaborate with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans
- Help individuals enhance safety, independence, and participation in daily life
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to support individuals with injuries in a compassionate and professional manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in caregiving, coaching, or related roles preferred
- Knowledge of therapeutic and behavioral plan implementation is advantageous
