Rehabilitation Nurse – Senior Care

Role: Registered Nurse (Part-Time) for rehab team, providing care on the 6:30am shift. Responsibilities Deliver skilled nursing and rehabilitation-focused care to senior residents.Perform assessments, administer medications, and provide wound care.Coordinate with therapy staff to support individualized care plans.Promote safe mobility, recovery, and independence.Educate residents and families about health and care needs.Uphold a faith-based mission centered on dignity, compassion, and person-centered service.Collaborate within a high-quality, team-oriented care environment. Qualifications & Skills Valid Registered Nurse license.Compassionate and patient-centered approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Experience with elderly care and rehabilitation preferred.
