Rehabilitation Nurse Extern

Role: Nurse Extern supporting inpatient rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Assist with vital signs, mobility, hygiene, and basic treatments under RN supervision.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMRs).Reinforce patient education and ensure infection control and safety standards are upheld. Qualifications & Skills Interest in rehabilitation-focused nursing care.Ability to work effectively within a team environment.Strong communication and documentation skills.Commitment to patient safety and infection control protocols.
