Rehabilitation Aide - PRN or Full Time

About the role

This position will be located in Monroe and performs under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Team Lead to meet clinic needs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains equipment
• Completes all tasks on Aide Checklist on a daily basis
• Floats on clinic floor and puts patients on/off ice with GameReady machines throughout the day
• Assures equipment is safely secured at the end of the day and treatment areas are neat and clean
• Maintains linen in a neat and clean manner, following infection control policies for handling of used linen
• Ensures linen is changed after each patient
• Performs supply management to ensure the gym areas are appropriately stocked
• Assists front desk specialists, as needed, at the direction of the Manager of Support Operations
• Maintains strict confidentiality of patient, employee, and company information
• Performs other duties as assigned
• At therapists’ direction, sets up modalities for patient use (e.g., heat, ice, electric stimulation)
• Works with the Manager of Support Operations to create an Aide schedule to meet clinic needs
• Full-time aide is responsible for clinic inventory and ordering/receiving of all supplies (communicates with part-time aides for inventory updates)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Word, Outlook
• Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects
