Pay Rates

• LVN: $35.00–$40.00 / HR
• RN: $45.00–$50.00 / HR

About the Role

Coronado Care Center is a long-term care facility seeking nursing staff for 12‑hour shifts. We serve our residents daily with a Spirit of Excellence and are looking for compassionate caregivers who love to take care of people. New graduates are welcome and will be trained; multi‑state licensees are encouraged to apply. On‑the‑spot interviews are available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.
• Serve as a resource to all facility staff regarding quality of services provided.
• Provide direct resident care when required.
• Administer medications and treatments timely and according to facility policy.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders, if allowed by Nurse Practice Act.
• Effectively manage nursing personnel on shift to limit use of overtime and agency personnel.
• Assess the work performance of nursing staff as it relates to unit standards of care and goals.
• Conduct regular staff meetings on each shift and provide updates to the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice (required).
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (preferred).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (all SNFs; ALFs as required by state).
