Rehab Tech - Physical Therapy Kanza - PT - Day

Part-time position, first shift (days, less than 12 hours per shift), 20 hours per week. Non-exempt.

About the role

Assist therapists and assistants in treating all types of patients and performing other duties, including clerical duties, as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ordering supplies
• Cleaning and restocking supplies
• Assist with transporting patients
• Assist with patient transfers and gait training
• Setting up treatments
• Scheduling patients
• Assigned clerical duties
• Communicating vital patient information to the supervising therapist/assistant or other staff as delegated
• Complies with all policies, standards, mandatory training, and requirements of Stormont Vail Health
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Prior related experience
• Ability to read and write, and have functional speaking ability (required proficiency)
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages (required proficiency)
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions (required proficiency)
• Workspace must be quiet and distraction-free to comply with all security and privacy standards
• Stable access to electricity and a minimum of 25mb upload and internet speed
• Dedicate full attention to the job duties and communication with others during working hours
• Adhere to break and attendance schedules agreed upon with supervisor
• Abide by Stormont Vail’s Remote Worker Policy and review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually
