Responsibilities

• Gym Maintenance: Ensure the rehabilitation gym is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment. Clean and sanitize equipment regularly.
• Resident Transport: Safely transport residents to and from therapy sessions, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Clerical Duties: Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing departmental communications.
• Computer Skills: Utilize computer systems for data entry, appointment scheduling, and other administrative tasks. Basic software proficiency is essential.
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
• Support Therapy Staff: Assist therapists with session preparation and execution, as needed.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Physical ability to transport residents and handle therapy equipment.
