About the role

The clerical assistant is a patient-facing position that provides scheduling and support to the front desk and clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling and front desk support in a patient-facing role

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a customer service-oriented environment
• Upon hire: AHA HeartSaver certification or AHA BLS certification (for some Rehab clinic locations)

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED
• Experience in medical environment OR Rehab field OR working with medical terminology
• 1 year experience utilizing MS Office Suite or other Windows-based software programs
• Experience with computerized patient scheduling programs
• Experience with EPIC

Pay

Pay Range: $20.00 - $29.08 per hour. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
