Rehab Director / PT / PTA / SLP-CCC

About the role

The position is a full-time REHAB DIRECTOR position in the sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department located in Holden, MA. This position is open to a PT/ PTA/ SLP-CCC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide therapy services as needed
• Be a licensed physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, SLP-CCC or license eligible in the state where employed
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Candidate must have 3 years experience as a treating clinician

Requirements

Qualifications

Candidate must have a license as a physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, SLP-CCC or be license eligible in the state where employed.

Skills

Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Pay

$40/hr - $50/hr

Schedule

Negotiable based on candidate’s qualifications and experience.
