Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the rehabilitation department, including patient care, staff management, and service delivery.
- Provide direct patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a high standard of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Manage medical complexity and changing functional status of patients.
- Encourage a collaborative environment and build trust among team members.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist:
- Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
- Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- One year experience as a treating clinician required.
- Physical Therapist Assistant:
- Graduate from an accredited school with an associate degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- One year experience as a treating clinician required.
