About the role

Director of Rehab (COTA) position at Broad River Rehab’s Plainwell, MI Skilled Nursing Facility. Full‑time, salaried role with quarterly bonus potential. Open to a COTA with prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high‑quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting.
• Manage department operations.
• Support clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting (preferred).
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Pay

Starting salary for COTA at $70,000, based on experience and qualifying interview, with quarterly bonus potential.
