Rehab Director

About the role

The Director of Rehabilitation at Broad River Rehab is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality therapy services in a continuing care retirement community. The position requires current state licensure, a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, and minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP)
• Manage department operations
• Support clinical excellence
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives

Qualifications

• Current state licensure
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate or associate degree based on discipline)
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
