Rehab Director

About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Mars Hill NC Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a full-time, salaried role with quarterly bonus potential. Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting.
• Manage department operations.
• Support clinical excellence.
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure.
• Associate degree in PT/PTA/OT/COTA or SLP.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
