Rehab Director

About the role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (OTA or PTA) to join our skilled nursing facility in Marengo, Ohio. Full-time position open to OTA or PTA candidates with Director of Rehab experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (COTA) in a skilled nursing setting
• Manage department operations and support clinical excellence
• Foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives

Qualifications

• Current state licensure
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
