About the role

The role is responsible for managing patient care in a hospital setting. This includes coordinating medical teams, ensuring patient safety, and providing comprehensive healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate medical teams to ensure efficient patient care.
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
• Provide comprehensive healthcare services including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
