Rehab Aide

About the role

Join our team as a Rehab Aide and assist our therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures while playing an integral role in supporting our outpatient physical therapy center operations.

Responsibilities

• Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures
• Organize, schedule, and keep records of ancillary services
• Support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions, or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific areas of center operations (e.g., scheduling ancillary services, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator)
• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (minimum requirement)
• CPR certification (preferred)
• First aid certification (preferred)
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center (preferred)

Pay

$12/hour

Schedule

Part-time, hours vary (some evenings until 7pm).

Part-time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year.
