Rehab Aide

Position: Rehab Aide Location: Split between North Wilmington and Wilmington Country Club Type of Employment: PRN Schedule: Hours Vary Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00/hour (pending experience) Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a rehab aide! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functionsObserve and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatmentPlay a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications CPR certificationFirst aid certificationPrior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
