Rehab Aide

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and format detailed data reports.
• Organize and track department documentation and files.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.
• Aid clinical staff with daily administrative operations.
• Assist therapist with rx as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Direct experience creating detailed data reports.
• Proven background in customer service roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience managing complex appointment calendars.
