Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and format detailed data reports.
- Organize and track department documentation and files.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.
- Aid clinical staff with daily administrative operations.
- Assist therapist with rx as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Direct experience creating detailed data reports.
- Proven background in customer service roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing complex appointment calendars.
