Regulatory & Tax Outreach Specialist (CLP Project Cardinal)
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outreach strategies to customers, clients, and agents to support regulatory, tax reporting, and operational changes.
- Cook up and track communications related to registrations, documentation requirements, and reporting obligations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, including Tax Operations, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure messaging accuracy and consistency.
- Support the implementation of processes aligned to tax reporting, payment, and reconciliation requirements.
- Monitor outreach progress, manage follow-ups, and maintain audit-ready documentation of communications.
- Identify risks, issues, or gaps in outreach execution and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the development of communication materials, FAQs, and guidance for external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in regulatory, tax operations, client outreach, or financial services operations.
- A strong understanding of compliance-driven communications and documentation requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a program-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation or implementation programs.
- Familiarity with tax reporting, payments, or corporate structure changes.
- Experience working with global clients, counterparties, or agents.
Work Environment
The work arrangement requires five days in the office for the first 30 days. Following this initial period, the schedule will be three days in the office and two days work-from-home.
