Regulatory Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and industrial sector, is seeking a Regulatory Specialist I to join their Regulatory Support Department supporting the Product Steward team. The position is based in Maplewood, Minnesota (100% onsite) and is a 12‑month contract.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate responses to customer regulatory inquiries, questionnaires, and documentation requests.
• Support the Product Steward group with regulatory data gathering, document organization, and record maintenance.
• Assist in compiling product‑related regulatory information from internal systems and subject matter experts.
• Help maintain and update regulatory documents, declarations, certifications, and product stewardship records.
• Track incoming requests and help ensure completion within required timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific, regulatory, or equivalent field.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in regulatory support or customer service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

$18 to $22 per hour (W‑2)
