What will you be doing?
- Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory dossiers, notifications, and registrations for chemicals, substances, and mixtures.
- Support compliance with global chemical regulations such as REACH, CLP/GHS, TSCA, and other regional frameworks.
- Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure timely submissions, renewals, and updates.
- Track changes in chemical regulations and assess their impact on products, raw materials, and business activities.
- Interpret regulatory requirements and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with R&D, product stewardship, EHS, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated into development and business decisions.
- Support new product launches and change management processes from a regulatory perspective.
- Maintain accurate regulatory records and databases, ensuring data integrity and traceability.
- Support customer requests for regulatory information, certifications, and declarations.
- Support internal and external audits related to regulatory compliance.
- Aid in communications and responses to regulatory authorities under supervision.

What competencies will you need?
- Regulatory & Technical Competencies:
- Degree in chemistry, toxicology, environmental science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in chemical regulatory compliance or product stewardship environments.
- Working knowledge of major chemical regulations (e.g. REACH, CLP, TSCA, GHS).
- Knowledge of IMDG, IATA, and DOT Regulations.
- SAP experience a plus.
- Ability to prepare and manage regulatory documentation and databases.
- Business & Communication Competencies:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain regulatory requirements to non-regulatory audiences.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills in a deadline-driven environment.
