Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory code changes and understand their implications to the business.
- Advise internal partners regarding regulatory compliance for the target market.
- Identify regulatory challenges relevant to commercial opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to solve them.
- Develop and manage product certifications: Kosher, Halal, Non-GMO.
- Complete and deliver documentation to support external customer requirements.
- Obtain thorough knowledge of customer requirements and identify issues relevant to new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biological, or other science or engineering related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a regulatory role in the food industry.
- Working knowledge of industry and regulatory requirements.
- MS Office skills (spreadsheet and word processing).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead and implement change.
- Self-started who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay
The compensation range for this position is $75,000-$100,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, and other job-related qualifications/skills. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
