About the role

The role is a Regulatory Registration and Raw Material Scientist for a 6 months to potentially 3 years contract with a direct client in Grand Rapids, MI. It is a hybrid role requiring 4 days/week on-site in Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory assessment of raw materials for global acceptability
  • Register Beauty and Homecare products in global markets
  • Work in close partnership with Regulatory Analysts leading ITM projects
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Sourcing Managers on continuous supply of ingredients for products
  • Connect with regulatory partners in global markets and contribute to project execution

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Two to three years of work experience in Regulatory, Science, Health/Nutrition, International Affairs or a related science discipline
  • Knowledge of Beauty and Homecare regulations
  • A solution-oriented mindset
  • Talent to communicate across cultures and influence stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Science or a related science discipline

Qualifications

  • BS degree in Regulatory Science or a related sciences discipline
