We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description before responsibilities: "REGULATORY & GRC COUNSEL Versigent designs and delivers..." That's about the role. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real content. We have: About the role (the introductory paragraph). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Key Competencies (maybe Skills). Benefits (list). No Pay or Schedule mentioned. Also maybe "U.S. Passport and ability to travel..." etc could be part of Qualifications or Requirements. The posting includes "Qualifications" heading then bullet list. Also "Key Competencies" heading then list. Could treat Key Competencies as Skills. Also "WHY JOIN US?" maybe not needed. Also "Your Benefits" heading then list. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

REGULATORY & GRC COUNSEL

. Use About the role heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent. Remove boilerplate: EEO, privacy notice, etc. Also remove "APPLY TODAY!" and "Versigent spun out..." etc? That's maybe not boilerplate but could be considered company info; but it's not part of role description? It's still substantive? Might be considered company background; but we can keep as part of About the role? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Versigent spun out of Aptiv..." is not boilerplate but maybe considered company info; could keep in About the role. However it's after "WHY JOIN US?" and before benefits. Might be considered extra but not prohibited. We'll keep it as part of About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Structure:

We must not include Pay or Schedule sections. Check content: About the role should include the introductory paragraph(s) before Responsibilities: "REGULATORY & GRC COUNSEL Versigent designs and delivers the systems that move power through modern technology. From vehicles to robotics to energy platforms, our electrical distribution systems enable the next generation of electrified, automated and connected products. As a standalone company, we combine deep engineering expertise with the speed and focus needed to solve increasingly complex challenges. Our teams move quickly, think with precision and deliver at scale — helping customers do more without adding cost, weight or complexity. What defines us is how we work: with the agility and momentum of a startup, backed by the experience and discipline of a proven global leader. That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible." Also maybe include "WHY JOIN US?" paragraph? That's more about why join; could be part of About the role or separate but we can include as part of About the role. However it's not a standard heading; we could keep as part of About the role paragraph. But we must not repeat job title as heading; we already have About the role. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "Privacy Notice - Active Candidates:", "Versigent is an equal employment opportunity employer." Remove those. Also remove "APPLY TODAY!" and "If you are looking for a role where you can grow..." that's maybe part of Why join us; but it's application encouragement; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's a call to apply. The instruction: remove application instructions. So we should remove the "APPLY TODAY!" paragraph and the sentence encouraging to apply. Also remove "Versigent spun out of Aptiv on April 1, 2026..." maybe not application instruction; it's company info; keep. We'll keep the "WHY JOIN US?" bullet points? Actually there is a section "WHY JOIN US?" with bullet points: "Grow with purpose...", "Do work that shows up...", "Succeed with the right support." Those are not benefits but motivational; could be considered part of About the role. We'll keep them as part of About the role paragraph. Now Benefits: list includes Private health care effective day 1, Life and accident insurance, Paid Time Off (Holidays, Vacation, Designated time off, Parental leave), Relocation assistance may be available, Learning and development opportunities, Discount programs with various manufacturers and retailers, Recognition for innovation and excellence, Opportunities to give back to the community, Tuition Reimbursement, Adoption Assistance, Fertility Coverage. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can keep each as
