Regulatory Coordinator II, Cancer Center (Full-Time)

About the role

Provide dedicated clinical trials administration support for ongoing and new developmental efforts in cancer clinical trials research. Work closely with clinical faculty and their disease team, with regular contact with the University of Arizona Human Subjects Protection Program (IRB), investigators, clinical research staff (nurses, data managers), clinical trials sponsors (e.g., private industry and national cooperative groups), and administrative staff.

Develop a knowledge base of the assigned disease areas and current management principles to serve in a consulting role to new faculty and staff regarding policies and procedures for clinical research.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of ongoing and new cancer clinical trials.
• Collaborate with clinical faculty and disease teams.
• Interact with the University of Arizona Human Subjects Protection Program (IRB), investigators, clinical research staff, sponsors, and administrative staff.
• Develop expertise in assigned disease areas and current management principles.
• Consult with new faculty and staff on clinical research policies and procedures.
