Responsibilities
- Drive a Culture of Readiness by coordinating continuous compliance and safety programs that ensure the facility remains a gold standard for care and regulatory excellence.
- Lead Multidisciplinary Collaboration to identify operational bottlenecks and implement innovative service improvements that enhance both team efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Champion Patient Safety Initiatives by translating complex standards into actionable risk-reduction strategies that protect our patients and clinical staff.
- Transform Data into Insight by analyzing diverse clinical and financial metrics to produce meaningful reports that guide executive decision-making and service-line growth.
Requirements
- Quality Professional certification preferred.
- Risk Management certification preferred.
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Preferences
This position covers St. Joseph, Elmbrook, and Franklin Hospitals.
