Responsibilities
- Assist Compliance Department to research various regulatory scenarios to mitigate risk.
- Monitor and evaluate pending legislative and regulatory changes related to Airtech operations.
- Arrange and perform periodic compliance reviews to evaluate related documentation and procedures.
- Prepare reports on findings and report to the Compliance Manager.
- Aid in tracking preventative and corrective actions.
- Aid in drafting and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and related policies/procedures.
- Maintain knowledge on current regulations/guidelines, and industry trends/best practices.
- Aid in managing the management of change database and related documents.
- Aid in reviewing Safety Data Sheets (SDSs) to identify compliance obligations.
- Update local and global SDS databases as necessary.
- Perform data entry for various records.
- Perform other duties and projects to assist the Compliance Department as requested.
