We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description after "Job Description". We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the posting. First, there is introductory fluff: "Thank you for your interest in a career at Regions..." etc. That's boilerplate? It's about company values, not specific to role. Should we include as About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Also "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We need to decide what sections to include. The posting includes: - Job Description paragraph: "At Regions, the Regulatory Analyst focuses on monitoring, researching, managing, and implementing responses to all regulatory changes at both the federal and state level that affect Regions lines of business. This role is required to draft reporting related to regulatory changes and emerging risks which may be distributed throughout the lines of business or the enterprise. This role also helps develop and update compliance training, and maintains reporting related to the completion of that training." That's a description of role. Could be "About the role" section. - Primary Responsibilities: list bullet points (though not bullet but sentences separated by line breaks). We'll need to extract each responsibility as list items. - Additional Responsibilities: more bullet-like sentences. - Requirements: "Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Five (5) years of experience in a financial or regulatory environment" - Preferences: "Juris Doctorate Legal writing experience a plus" - Skills And Competencies: list of abilities. - Additional Responsibilities (again) maybe duplicate? Actually there is a section "Additional Responsibilities" after Skills And Competencies, with many bullet-like sentences. - Preferred Qualifications / Skills: list. - Position Type: Full time - Compensation Details: includes pay ranges, incentive pay plans. - Benefits Information: list of benefits. - Location Details: "Regions Center Location: Birmingham, Alabama" - Equal Opportunity Employer etc: boilerplate to remove. - Job applications etc: boilerplate to remove. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Thus we can have sections: - About the role (from Job Description paragraph) - Responsibilities (combine Primary Responsibilities and Additional Responsibilities? Might be too many but we can combine into one Responsibilities section with all duties.) - Requirements (Bachelor's degree, 5 years experience) - Qualifications (Preferences? Could be "Preferred Qualifications" maybe separate but we can combine Preferences and Preferred Qualifications / Skills into Qualifications section.) - Skills (Skills And Competencies) - Benefits (Benefits Information) - Pay (Compensation Details) - Schedule? Not mentioned besides Position Type Full time. Could include Schedule section? The posting says Position Type Full time. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with "Full time". However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state Position Type Full time, so we can include Schedule. We should not include Location as separate heading unless we have a heading for Location? Not in list of allowed headings. So we can fold location into a short

maybe under About the role or separate paragraph not under a heading. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a

for location. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, requirements, etc. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's extract details precisely. First, About the role paragraph: "At Regions, the Regulatory Analyst focuses on monitoring, researching, managing, and implementing responses to all regulatory changes at both the federal and state level that affect Regions lines of business. This role is required to draft reporting related to regulatory changes and emerging risks which may be distributed throughout the lines of business or the enterprise. This role also helps develop and update compliance training, and maintains reporting related to the completion of that training." We'll put that in a

. Responsibilities: combine Primary Responsibilities and Additional Responsibilities. We'll combine them into one

with all items. Requirements: "Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Five (5) years of experience in a financial or regulatory environment" We need to split maybe into two
    • items. Preferences: "Juris Doctorate Legal writing experience a plus" We could treat as part of Qualifications. Qualifications section: include Preferences and Preferred Qualifications / Skills. Preferences: Juris Doctorate, Legal writing experience a plus. Preferred Qualifications / Skills list: - Experience in Regulatory Change Management within the banking or financial services industry, including assessing, tracking, and implementing regulatory changes. - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business applications. - Broad knowledge of banking products, services, and business units. - Understanding of a wide range of financial services regulations and regulatory frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and business stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance initiatives and operational change. - Experience maintaining regulatory inventories, reviewing regulatory alerts, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of regulatory change implementation. - Juris Doctor (JD) degree preferred; however, equivalent regulatory compliance experience and demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying regulations will be equally valued. - Prior experience with banking institutions and familiarity with regional banking operations, products, and processes strongly preferred. We need to avoid duplication: Juris Doctorate appears both in Preferences and Preferred Qualifications. We'll keep both but could combine. We'll output Qualifications as
with items. Skills: "Skills And Competencies" list: - Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts - Ability to work in a team environment when applicable - Ability to work under limited guidance - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) - Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills - Strong work ethic and self-motivation We'll output as
. Benefits: list: - Paid Vacation/Sick Time - 401K with Company Match - Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits - Disability Benefits - Health Savings Account - Flexible Spending Account - Life Insurance - Parental Leave - Employee Assistance Program - Associate Volunteer Program We'll output as
. Pay: Compensation Details includes: - Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. - Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. - As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. - The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. - Minimum Job Range Target: $93,228.85 USD - Median $141,750.00 USD - Incentive Pay Plans: This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan. We need to keep all that. Could be prose

or list. Since it's not a simple list but sentences, we can put in

paragraphs. Schedule: Position Type Full time. We'll output as

Full time. Location: "Regions Center Location: Birmingham, Alabama". We'll put as

Location: Birmingham, Alabama. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Now produce HTML. Structure:
