Regulatory Affairs Specialist I
Utility Trailers of New England, LLC has been serving customers in Northern New England since 1984 and expanded to Southern New England in 2005 with a branch in North Oxford, MA. We represent Utility Trailer Manufacturing, MAC Trailers, Landoll, and Witzco Challenger trailers.
About the role
Repairs and replaces components on the body, trailer, chassis, and container, including roofs, panels, side posts, rail splice/replacement, door headers and doors, sub-frames, floors, prop legs, landing gear, and accident repair. Performs accident repairs on trailers, which may include welding and complex component changes such as frame rebuilds. Conducts preventative maintenance (PM), brake jobs, ABS systems, and lighting repairs.
Responsibilities
- Repair and replace trailer body, chassis, and container components
- Perform welding and complex accident repairs, including frame rebuilds
- Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and brake jobs
- Service ABS systems and lighting
- Work with air brakes, suspensions, and transport refrigeration systems
Requirements
- 2-4 years of equivalent work experience
- Experience with welding, trailer body, and mechanical repairs
- Good working knowledge of air brakes, ABS, and suspensions
- 608 Certification and transport refrigeration experience (a plus)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to commute to Seabrook, NH 03874 (required)
- Ability to relocate to Seabrook, NH 03874 before starting work (required)

Pay
$22.00 - $34.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
1st shift, Monday through Friday
