Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care
• Develop and implement effective unit operations, including staffing, supplies, and equipment management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change to enhance patient care and outcomes
• Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data, unit statistics, and quality indicators

Requirements

• New Hampshire LPN License (Preferred)
• New Hampshire RN License (Preferred)

$49.00 - $64.69 per hour
