Regulatory Affairs Specialist I
TC Hafford Basement Systems is seeking an experienced Working Foreman (Concrete Specialist) to join our growing team based out of Wells, Maine.
About the role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality concrete work and enjoys leading a small crew in the field.
Pay
Weekly hourly pay plus weekly performance bonuses. $36–$54/hour effective rate with bonuses. $60,800–$100,000+ annual earning potential.
Schedule
Full-time, year-round work.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew of 1–3 team members in the field
- Perform hands-on concrete work including forming and/or flatwork
- Load materials, tools, and equipment onto company trucks for daily jobs
- Travel to customer homes and complete installations to company standards
- Communicate professionally with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
- Unload, clean, and restock the truck at the end of each day
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of concrete experience (forming and/or flatwork)
- Working knowledge of basic power tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
