About the role
The Lead Pediatric PT plans, directs, and oversees all aspects of the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services department under the guidance of the department Director. You will provide quality patient care within your field of specialty and assist in administrative duties as necessary. Responsibilities include monitoring work assignments, call arrangements, and making schedule changes; coordinating departmental purchasing and ensuring adequate stock levels; monitoring staff productivity and compliance with policies and procedures; assuring accurate billing functions and procedures; and maintaining efficient department operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs. You will also assist in maintaining the Performance Improvement (PI) program for the department.
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
