Regulatory Affairs Manager | $60/hr Remote

Type: Hourly contract – 10-40 hrs/week – Remote

Responsibilities

• Construct public-sector scenarios for budget appropriations, multi-agency coordination, and regulatory review cycles.
• Build civic tasks in public policy analysis, constituent services, intergovernmental relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop scenarios using government ERP, public records platforms, GIS, and CRM tools.
• Apply public administration frameworks to produce policy briefs, agency strategies, and executive communications.
• Author rubrics to distinguish authentic public-sector judgment from generic recall.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience in the domain, working in a senior capacity at government agencies.
• Direct ownership of agency programs, public policy initiatives, or constituent-facing service delivery at scale.
• Fluency in government processes and tooling, including public budgets, procurement, and regulatory compliance.
• Prior experience in rubric, public-sector training curriculum, or policy documentation authorship is a plus.

Pay

$50–$60 per hour
