Job Responsibilities
- Process annual facility and individual license renewals
- Register new employees for CAMP certification
- Obtain new CA individual HMDR permits
- Research/create/maintain Pharmacy Regulations Tracking Report
- Conduct research, compile data and create and/or maintain reports
- Affiliate with internal departments and the parent organization to support regulatory compliance programs
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in business administration, regulatory affairs, legal studies, health policy, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a regulatory role is a plus but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Good analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication, with the ability to present and communicate to leadership
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing business needs
Pay
$18.47/hour
