Chilana & Chilana Law Offices is hiring a Regulatory Advisory & Litigation Associate to join its New Delhi office. The role offers exposure to advisory and litigation work involving commercial law, regulatory compliance, legal metrology, food laws, and contract management.

Regulatory Advisory & Litigation Associate

Eligibility

• 4–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Strong experience in regulatory advisory and litigation.
• Excellent contract drafting, review, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Prior exposure to the FMCG, food & beverages, retail, manufacturing, or consumer products sectors.
• Ability to independently manage assignments and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong legal research skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial and business law matters.
• Handle legal metrology advisory and litigation.
• Advisory on FSSAI and food law compliance and litigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
• Independently manage client assignments and litigation matters.
