Pay Range $30 to $50/Hour Maintaining and installing all plumbing in park-owned propertiesMaintaining and installing all piping, drainage, venting ,all fixtures, leaks, backups, clogs and any other related issuesWinterization and startup of all plumbing in all the buildingsInterpreting blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materialsHVAC work including preventative maintenance changing filters, cleaning coils, changing belts and coordinating outside contract workRefrigeration work including PM and diagnosing issues. Coordinate outside contractor workMonitor and test fire protection pumps. Coordinate annual testingMonitor sewer ejector systemsMonitor Fire protection piping and coordinate any outside contractor workRepair any gas or propane leaksSchedule hours for plumbing shopRepair all air lines on rides and install new systemsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentValid Massachusetts Plumber’s LicenseStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safetyFriendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concernsAbility to read, speak, write, and understand the English languageWillingness to work in a high performance team environmentWilling to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.18 years old or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving history
