The Indian Institute of Information Technology, Sri City, Chittoor (IIITS) invites applications for faculty positions at the levels of Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor (Grades I, II, III) in the disciplines of Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mathematics & Data Science, and English. The recruitment comprises a total of 46 vacancies across these departments.

Research/Job Area

- Computer Science & Engineering: Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Vision, Operating Systems, Computer Architecture, IoT, Computer Networks, Information Security, Cloud Computing, Theoretical CS, Software Engineering, Real Time Systems, and related topics. - Electronics & Communication Engineering: IoT, Robotics, Signal and Image Processing, and related topics. - Mathematics & Data Science: Numerical Analysis, Statistics (theoretical and applied), Linear Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Mathematical Logic, Analysis, all topics of pure and applied mathematics with strong applications across all areas. - English: English Language Studies, English Language Teaching, Corporate Communication, ICT integrated English Language Pedagogy, English for Specific Purposes (ESP).

Eligibility/Qualification

- For all posts: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline is mandatory. - Computer Science & Engineering/ECE: B.E./B.Tech. and M.E./M.Tech. (or equivalent) in relevant streams, with first-class throughout from recognized institutes. - Mathematics & Data Science: M.Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics + Ph.D. in relevant areas. - English: M.A. and/or M.Phil. in English/English Language Studies/Teaching + Ph.D. in relevant area. UGC NET/JRF preferred.

Selection Process

- Written Test (only for Assistant Professor Grades III and II) - Seminar Presentation (all positions) - Interview (all positions)
