Registration Specialist- Seasonal PT

Position Overview

We are hiring three (3) Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialists, one assigned to each weekday shift (8:00 AM-2:00 PM, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM, or 11:00 AM-5:00 PM).

This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families, supporting them through the enrollment and registration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and program needs.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or client support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
• Effective time management and multitasking abilities
• Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
