We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Remove boilerplate, navigation, EEO, etc. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Job Summary: description of role. Could be "About the role" or "Job Summary". Use

About the role

with

containing summary. Responsibilities: list of duties. The posting includes many responsibilities: check-in, preregistration, registration, preadmission, admission; obtaining demographic info; adhering to compliance; ensuring compliance; benefit verification; preauthorization; signatures on consent; co-pay collection; obtaining info, pictures and signature on HIPAA forms; issuing Medicare/Tricare Important Messages and Patient Rights; obtaining photo ID, insurance cards, signed forms and orders; scanning into medical record; working and maintaining system work queues; answering telephone, faxing, scanning, DPM’s, various duties; cross-trained with System Scheduling, Authorization, & Referrals; works closely with other personnel; promotes harmonious relationships; delivers quality customer service; adheres to Mission, Vision, Values; works with restricted/confidential info; any duties as assigned. We can put these in

  • . Requirements: shift, education, certification, experience, ability to use computer, professional demeanor, independent judgment. Qualifications maybe same as requirements. We can combine. Benefits: The posting includes Total Rewards description: comprehensive health coverage, medical, prescription, dental, vision; Saint Francis Medical Services Discount; Earned Time Off; Retirement benefits including SFHS immediate matching; Education Assistance up to $5,000 per calendar year for one year of service after graduation; Other benefits: Benefit Support through Health Advocate, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Accounts, Identity Theft Protection, Pet Insurance, Earned Wage Access. Also mention eligibility for colleagues working at least 24 hours per week. So we can include Benefits section. Pay: Not mentioned. So we should NOT include Pay section. Schedule: Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm. So we can include Schedule section. We must not include filler like "N/A". Certification & Licensures N/A - we should not include that as a separate line; we can omit. We must not include duplicated lines. We must not include application instructions, login link, etc. We must not include EEO boilerplate. We must not include navigation. We must not include "Current Saint Francis Colleagues - Please click HERE to login and apply." Remove. We must not include "Job Details And Requirements" heading; we will use our own headings. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's craft HTML:

    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience: Two years of experience in a business, billing, or healthcare scheduling/registration/admissions setting preferred
    • Ability to proficiently utilize a computer and software programs is essential
    • Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers and staff
    • Demonstrate appropriate and timely independent judgment
We could also have a Skills section: maybe computer proficiency, communication, judgment. But we already have those in Requirements. Could create Skills separate but risk duplication. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine skills into Requirements or maybe have a Skills section for things like computer proficiency, communication, judgment. But we already have those. Let's keep Requirements as is, and maybe not add Skills. Benefits section:

    Benefits

    • Comprehensive and affordable health coverage including medical, prescription, dental and vision – available on the first of the month after hire date
    • Saint Francis Medical Services Discount
    • Earned Time Off (ETO) based on relevant years of work history – combines vacation, sick, holidays, and personal days into one balance for flexibility
    • Retirement benefits including SFHS immediate matching
    • Education Assistance benefits up to $5,000 per calendar year for one year of service after graduation
    • Benefit Support through Health Advocate
    • Employee Assistance Program
    • Flexible Spending Accounts
    • Identity Theft Protection
    • Pet Insurance
    • Earned Wage Access
Schedule section: we already included shift in Requirements; but we could also have a separate Schedule section. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real specific content. The shift is specific. We could either keep shift in Requirements or create Schedule. Since we already have shift in Requirements, we could keep it there. But we might also create Schedule section and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. Let's decide: The shift is a schedule detail; we could put it under Schedule. The Requirements could then focus on education, experience, abilities. That seems reasonable: separate Schedule. Thus:

    Schedule

    Monday‑Friday, 10:30 am – 7:00 pm

Then Requirements without shift. Let's adjust Requirements accordingly. Requirements: - Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required - Experience: Two years of experience in a business, billing, or healthcare scheduling/registration/admissions setting preferred - Ability to proficiently utilize a computer and software programs is essential - Maintain a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers and staff - Demonstrate appropriate and timely independent judgment We could also note Certification & Licensures N/A but we should not include N/A. Now Benefits as above. We must not include Pay section. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, navigation, login, etc. Let's produce final HTML fragment. Check for any repeated lines: we have responsibilities list covering many items; ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: we included all. Check that we didn't include "Job Summary" heading; we used About the role. Check that we didn't include "Job Details And Requirements". Good. Check that we didn't include "Total Rewards" heading; we used Benefits. Check that we didn't include "Why Work at Saint Francis?" etc. That's boilerplate/mission; we omitted mission/vision/values description as it's not required? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The mission/vision/values description is substantive? It's about the organization, not the job. Might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the posting describing the organization. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Mission/vision/values is not explicitly listed as boilerplate, but it's more about the organization. However, the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including mission/vision/values might be considered thin. But it's substantive info about the employer. However, typical job postings include that as "About the company". The instruction didn't forbid including company description. It said remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Mission/vision/values is not those. So we could include it under a section like "About Saint Francis" but we don't have a heading for that. We could add an

    About Saint Francis

with a paragraph summarizing the mission/vision/values and stats. However, the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another section may be okay if it's substantive. But we already have several sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Schedule, Benefits. That's five. Adding another may be okay but could be considered thin if we just copy the mission/vision/values paragraph. However, the mission/vision/values paragraph is fairly detailed. Could be included as part of About the role? Might be redundant. The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid adding extra sections about the company. Given the instruction to preserve ALL substantive information, we should include the mission/vision/values description and the stats about Saint Francis (size, specialties, etc.) as they are substantive. Where to put? Could be under an

    About Saint Francis

paragraph. But we must not create filler sections. This is real content. Thus we add:
