Responsibilities

• Exemplify excellent customer service by greeting and interviewing patients or their representatives.
• Obtain all necessary information and signatures required for treatment.
• Prepare and distribute required patient informational material while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.
• Direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor.

Qualifications

• No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• Passion for taking care of patients and the community.

Desired

• One year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
