Responsibilities
- Exemplify excellent customer service skills by greeting and interviewing patients or their representatives.
- Obtain all necessary information and signatures required for treatment.
- Prepare and distribute all required patient informational material while maintaining HIPAA guidelines.
- Direct and/or escort patients to the appropriate department or floor.
Qualifications
- No experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- High School Diploma or GED (desired but not required).
- One year in a healthcare setting (desired).
- Passion for taking care of patients and the community.
