Registration Audit Manager

Job Summary

Oversee day-to-day auditing operations for the Oregon audit team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit dealer paperwork to ensure compliance with DMV policies and procedures.
• Maintain the weekly office schedule, ensuring we are meeting our DMV timelines.
• Manage and review direct reports’ time cards and time-off requests to ensure proper recordkeeping.
• Handle dealer support calls and chats as needed.
• Supervise, train, and mentor team members to ensure optimal performance and growth.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Prefer 2-3 years of Supervisory experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Adequate automotive industry knowledge.
• Creative and able to offer suggestions in achieving desired results.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Team player, self-motivated, and career-oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
• Awareness of business-related trends in the industry.
• Proven ability to organize and manage multiple priorities coupled with the flexibility to quickly adapt to ever changing business needs.
• Effective communicator both verbally and in writing.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $53,000 - $72,000. Final compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
