Registrar Specialist I

About the role

Primary responsibility for administrative record changes relative to the Math Launch program and similar programs within the College of Sciences. This is a time limited position with funding through June 2027. Time limited positions receive the same benefits as regular positions.

Responsibilities

• Processes the swaps from the special topics courses into the correct level course as directed by the College of Sciences for the math launch program and other similar programs within COS.
• Processes the swaps for those exiting the program mid semester.
• Maintains the student group for Math Launch and any other similar COS program and runs the process that sets term limits as determined by the college.
• Assists with RO processes such as major changes, late adds/drops when time allows (priority is given to COS program tasks listed above).

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Student Records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with data that requires attention to detail.
• Experience in working in a registrar's office or any enrollment services office.

Pay

• The anticipated hourly rate range for this position is $15.66 - $16.20. The final rate will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
