Responsibilities

• Directs patients and visitors while promoting positive guest relations.
• Accurately obtains demographic and insurance information, and is responsible for upfront collections.
• Is responsible for the Admission/Registration, Pre-Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers of patients.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• An associate's degree is preferred.
• One year of experience working in a medical/business office setting is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience working with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurance rules and regulations strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$15.27-$18.86 per hour.

Schedule

Full Time Evenings 3p-11:3p/Rotate Weekends.

Onsite.
