About the role

The Registrar is responsible for managing academic records, ensuring accurate student transcripts, and providing support to faculty and students.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain student academic records
• Issue transcripts and other academic documents
• Coordinate with faculty to ensure accurate course registration and grading
• Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in academic administration or similar field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Knowledge of higher education regulations and policies
• Experience with student information systems (SIS)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
