About the role

The Campus Coordinator facilitates the smooth operation of regular academic functions while helping faculty and administration meet teaching excellence objectives and student promotion and retention goals. This position reports directly to the Campus Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight and support for student and faculty activities.
• Coordinate academic affairs, including academic schedules, clinical sites, student support services, and registrar services.
• Manage campus activities and assist with operational tasks.
• Design, implement, and oversee student services.
• Track student attendance and progress by collecting faculty grades; ensure early intervention for at-risk students.
• Coordinate drops, terminations, and repeats; assist in counseling affected students.
• Support enrollment management reporting.
• Manage within-term drops to meet goals and follow up with dropped students to identify reasons and opportunities for return.
• Call students and follow up on attendance issues daily.
• Advise students on course scheduling and assist with conflict resolution.
• Coordinate the student clearing process with financial aid.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of 4-7 years in managing within an educational or business setting.
• Exceptional customer service, listening, and teamwork skills.
• An outgoing, approachable style and a passion for helping faculty and students succeed.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
