Responsibilities: Register and pre-register patients efficiently, obtain complete patient information, document payer details, handle medical record requests, and provide patient education on rights and financial assistance. Ensure proper form completion and compliance with confidentiality and financial regulations. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, clerical experience, strong organizational and communication skills, computer literacy, and BLS certification. Preferred experience includes insurance authorization, medical terminology, and EMR systems like Cerner.
