Responsibilities

• Collects patient demographic and insurance information for outpatient services.
• Collects insurance, co-pay, and deductibles at Point of Service.
• Quickly and efficiently expedites the registration process.
• Provides a positive first impression of the hospital to the public.
• Assists ER registrars in the day-to-day functions of the ER.
• Works daily reports.
• Assists with new hire training.
• Assists with process improvements.
• Assists with staffing.
