About the role
This role provides client service support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs), aligning with enterprise strategic objectives, operational excellence goals, and client advocacy. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will address their service needs while customizing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent client service by educating clients on the bank’s service and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness in client materials and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Align practices with bank policies and procedures to support operational excellence, protect clients, and manage risk.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting the bank’s offerings and integrating banking into daily practices.
- Support day-to-day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal demand increases, with a client-first mindset.
Requirements
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66).
- Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results.
- Client-centric mindset, always acting in the best interest of the client.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience working with clients, quickly fulfilling their needs, delivering complex solutions, and providing an excellent client experience.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
